Julia Clancy

Julia Clancy is a nationally-published writer, professional cook and recipe developer. Beyond her time in restaurants, she has been the private chef for two whiskey distilleries; the Recipe Developer & Tester for EatingWell Magazine; and the chef-owner of a two-year pop-up on a heritage pig farm in Vermont (that's a very good story). Along with writing and recipe developing freelance, she is currently the restaurant critic at Boston Magazine.
