• 12 ounces feta cut into 3/4-inch cubes
  • Zest of 1 orange
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced shallot or red onion
  • 1/4 cup mixed fresh hot peppers (Serrano, jalapeño, habañero, Hungarian, etc.) or 3 T urfa biber pepper
  • 1/4 cup oregano, picked
  • 2 cups olive oil


Step 1

Cut feta, put in a shallow bowl in one layer with all of the marinade ingredients. GENTLY toss. Pour olive oil over and let sit for a couple of hours at room temperature.
